Insurance
Our office does accept a variety of insurance plans including medicare, HMOs, PPOs, and other health plans. 

We do NOT take: Medicaid, Molina, Chip, Medicaid replacements or any insurance that is a Special Needs Plan (SNP)

Please call our office for more information on the insurances we do take, referral options, and cash pay options. 

Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a foot and ankle specialist, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible at (972) 755-4620.   Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.

From the moment you step into our office, you will feel comfortable in our care. If this is your first visit with us, we will obtain important background information from you. We will also give you time to get to know us. Ask questions, be involved and take the first step to advancing your foot and ankle health. You can even save time before your first visit by printing out and completing the new patient forms in advance of your appointment.
